The Universal Air Solution Series for the VW Golf/GTI/Jetta Mk5 Mk6 & Audi A3/TT Mk2 is a vehicle-specific, made-to-order air suspension package built to solve the two biggest complaints with aftermarket air ride: bags that sit too tall or too fat to clear tires and suspension components, and a ride that's either too stiff or too soft to live with daily. Solution Series pairs Universal Air's air springs with proprietary fully threaded dampers to deliver the lowest compressed height, the widest usable travel range, and a ride quality tuned specifically for air.
Universal Air hand-builds every Solution Series kit to order, selecting from over 20 proprietary bag designs to match the exact geometry of your VW Golf/GTI/Jetta Mk5 Mk6 & Audi A3/TT Mk2. That means the compressed height, travel range, and clearance are dialed in for your application instead of forced to fit it.
Universal Air developed these dampers directly with a top-tier damper manufacturer and tuned them specifically for vehicles running air suspension. They're stiff enough for performance driving and relaxed enough for daily comfort. The threaded damper bodies allow you to extend or shorten the suspension without sacrificing stroke travel or bag pressure.

- Upper strut mounts machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with spherical bearings for articulation and rubber isolation for comfort
- Sealed rotary thrust bearings keep dirt and moisture out of the assembly
- 6061-T6 aluminum, hard-anodized bag end caps for long-term durability
- Premium 'AN'-style leader lines with a synthetic rubber core and woven stainless-steel mesh reinforcement braided nylon outer sleeve
- Stainless steel hardware with in-house-milled 6061 aluminum brackets, paired with urethane bushings or pillow-ball bearings depending on application
