Universal Exhaust Pipes & Fittings
Build Your Custom Exhaust System
Straight tubes, 45° and 90° bends, Y-pipes and T-pipes, reducers, braided flex pipes, mufflers, and performance catalytic converters: everything you need to design a complete system, from the manifold to the outlet. These parts are universal and designed for welding: they do not depend on any particular vehicle, only on the diameter you choose.
Which Diameter Should You Choose?
Measurements are given as the outside diameter. The most common sizes are: 51 mm (2"), 57 mm (2.25"), 63.5 mm (2.5"), and 76 mm (3"). A 2-liter naturally aspirated engine works well with 57 or 63.5 mm; a turbocharged engine benefits from 76 mm from the turbine outlet onward. If the tube is too large, it reduces gas velocity and low-end torque.
Stainless Steel or Steel?
Stainless steel does not rust and retains its appearance; it can be welded using TIG or MIG with stainless steel wire. Aluminized steel costs less and can be welded with any welding machine, but it requires protection against corrosion.
