Terms of sale
Article 1 - Purpose
These terms govern the sales made by the company Rasl'Bitume for the products marketed on its website.
Article 2 - Prices
The prices of our products are shown in euros inclusive of all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the date of the order), unless otherwise stated and excluding handling and shipping charges.
In the event of an order to a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties may be payable. These charges are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you to enquire about these matters with your local authorities.
All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros. The company Rasl'Bitume reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time the order is confirmed and subject to availability.
The products remain the property of the company Rasl'Bitume until the price has been paid in full. Please note: as soon as you take physical possession of the products ordered, the risks of loss or damage are transferred to you.
Article 3 - Orders

The contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed at the latest when your order is validated. The company Rasl'Bitume reserves the right not to record a payment and not to confirm an order for any reason, in particular in the event of a supply problem or a difficulty concerning the order received.
Article 3.1 - Parts to be supplied by the customer
For certain specific products, in particular suspension systems or parts requiring a standard exchange, the manufacturer or supplier may require original parts (e.g. OEM shock absorbers) to be sent in advance. This condition is mandatory for the order to be finalised and the items concerned to be delivered. The customer is informed that, without receipt of the requested parts, the order cannot be completed. No exemption may be granted from this technical requirement imposed by the suppliers.
Article 4 - Validation of your order
Any order placed on the website implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The order confirmation constitutes acceptance of the transactions carried out. A summary of your order information and of these General Terms and Conditions will be sent to you in PDF format via the email address confirming your order.
Article 5 - Payment
Validating your order entails the obligation to pay the price indicated. Payment is made by bank card through the secure Stripe system or by PayPal. The card is only debited when the order is dispatched.
Article 6 - Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give reasons. Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). Return costs are at your expense.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the company Rasl'Bitume will refund the sums paid within 14 days of notification of your request, using the same means of payment as that used for the order.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
Article 7 - Availability
Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the raslbitume.com website and while stocks last. If a product is unavailable after your order has been placed, we will inform you by email. Your order will be automatically cancelled and no bank debit will be made.
We have a period of 3 to 30 working days depending on the item to process the order.
Article 8 - Delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process. In the event of late delivery, you have the option of cancelling the order in accordance with the terms provided for by law. In the case of deliveries by a carrier, the company Rasl'Bitume cannot be held liable for delays due to the customer being unavailable after several proposed appointments.
Article 9 - Warranty
All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. If a product does not conform, it may be returned, exchanged or refunded. All claims must be made by email within 30 days of delivery.
Article 10 - Liability
The products offered comply with the French legislation in force. The liability of the company Rasl'Bitume cannot be engaged in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products.
The company Rasl'Bitume cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products purchased, nor for inconveniences linked to the use of the Internet, such as service interruptions or the presence of computer viruses.
- Products such as suspension, wheels and other automotive parts, which are parts not approved for use on public roads. The company Rasl'Bitume cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the regulations in force and of the use of these parts on open roads.
Article 11 - Applicable law in the event of disputes
The language of this contract is French. These terms of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

Article 12 - Intellectual property
All elements of the Rasl'Bitume website are the exclusive property of the company Rasl'Bitume. No one is authorised to reproduce, exploit or use, even partially, elements of the site without the written agreement of the company.
Article 13 - Personal data
The company Rasl'Bitume reserves the right to collect personal information concerning you. This information is necessary for managing your order and improving services. In accordance with the French law of 6 January 1978, you have a right of access to and rectification of the information concerning you.
Article 14 - Archiving and proof
The company Rasl'Bitume will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium, constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the French Civil Code.
