Shipping policy

Processing times may vary depending on the items and on the dispatch warehouses located around the world. Processing time may range from 2 weeks to 1 month depending on how long the parts take to manufacture.

Parcels are generally shipped within 2 to 5 days of receipt of payment. They may be shipped via various carriers such as La Poste, UPS, DHL, FedEx and others. Delivery methods are selected at the end of the order. Delivery options may include handover with or without signature. Please contact us before choosing a delivery method requiring a signature, as it incurs additional charges. Whichever delivery method you choose, we will send you a link to track your parcel online.

Shipping charges include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the parcel and the carrier selected. We recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but particular care is taken with fragile items.

Box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

If an item does not arrive under economy delivery, we will under no circumstances cover the cost of resending the goods.
