Delivery times vary depending on the type of product:
- Small parts (fittings, pipes, accessories) — 4 to 5 days
- Threaded coilover assemblies* — 4 to 5 days
- Japan Racing wheels — 5 to 7 days
- Air Lift air ride kit — 1 week
- TA Technix air ride kit — 3 to 4 weeks
- Airmext air ride kit — 5 to 8 weeks
- Rasl'Bitume merchandise — 1 to 2 weeks
- Custom wheels (monoblock / 2-piece / 3-piece) — 4 to 7 months
- MTS Technik lowering springs: made to order — expect about 14 business days of production before shipping.
No need to panic, this is completely normal! This means your package is on its way — the tracking updates once it is handled by the local carrier.
For some Airmext items, this delay can take 1 to 2 additional weeks before the first update.
No worries! Sometimes your order is shipped in multiple separate packages — each with its own tracking number. This is completely normal and does not affect your order.
If you have only received one tracking email, the others will be sent to you automatically with the next shipments.
The three kits differ by the number of compressors and the tank size:
- Kit A — 1 compressor + 2-gallon tank (450 mm L × 168 mm Ø). Ideal for limited trunk space.
- Kit B — 2 compressors + 3-gallon tank (605 mm L × 168 mm Ø × 190 mm H). The balanced choice for daily use.
- Kit C — 2 compressors + 5-gallon tank (851 mm L × 168 mm Ø × 190 mm H). The performance kit for demanding users.
Our recommendation: always have 2 compressors. A compressor is still a mechanical part subject to wear. If one of the two fails, the second will allow you to lift your vehicle and get home safely.
Regarding the tank size: the larger it is, the less the compressors are used — which extends their lifespan and improves the system's responsiveness. The limiting factor is often the available space in your trunk.
