Concaver wheels
Jantes Concaver
Concaver Wheels Rasl'Bitume distributes the Concaver range, with actual stock displayed
sheet by sheet. All our Concaver wheels are sold individually. The brand's defining feature can be summed up in two words: custom-made. The bolt pattern and offset are not fixed — they are machined to your specifications when ordering. The same wheel can therefore fit a German compact car
as well as a Japanese sedan, without compromising their position in the wheel arch. Concaver produces hybrid forged (Flow Forming) wheels with a design concave design inspired by supercars, from 19 to 23 inches, and TÜV-approved. The hardware, centering rings, and center cap

How does a Concaver order work? These wheels are not pre-machined. This is what allows them to be adapted exactly
for your vehicle, but this changes how a standard order is handled.

Hybrid forged: what does it change? Concaver uses Flow Forming, or flow forming: the wheel is stretched through heat while rotating, which densifies the material where it bears the load fully forged wheel: significantly stiffer and lighter than the first, while also improving the tire bead seat. The result lies between a classic cast wheel and the atteindre le coût de la seconde.
to reach the cost of the second. This process enables very deep-dish designs in large diameters at an affordable price content—and it comes with TÜV approval, the most demanding European certification

Frequently asked questions
What does “custom bolt pattern and offset” mean?
The bolt pattern (drilling) and offset (the wheel's position in the wheel arch) are machined to order, within a range indicated on each product page—for example 5 holes from 108 to 130 mm, and an offset from 20 to 51 mm. So you do not need to search for the reference that happens to match your vehicle: it is the wheel that fits.
How long does a machined wheel take?
Allow about one extra week compared with an in-stock wheel, for machining or a custom paint. The exact lead time depends on the configuration: ask us before to order if you have a deadline.
What information should I provide when ordering?
The make, model, year, and engine of your vehicle, as well as any possible modifications (lowering, body kit, spacers, brakes). These factors determine the bolt pattern and offset to be machined.
Is the hardware included?
Yes. Unlike most brands, Concaver supplies the appropriate hardware in as well as hub-centric rings and center caps. Simply specify your vehicle.
Are Concaver wheels approved?
Yes, they are TÜV-approved, the most demanding European certification. The report lists the vehicles covered and any fitting conditions: ask us for the one that matches your vehicle if you need one.
Can I order a single wheel?
Yes, all our Concaver wheels are sold individually. Adjust the quantity in the cart: 2 for one axle, 4 for the complete set. This is also what allows you to fit different widths at the front and rear.
