Terms and Conditions
Article 1 - Purpose
These terms govern sales made by Rasl’Bitume for products marketed on its website.
Article 2 - Price
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless otherwise stated and excluding processing and shipping fees.
In case of an order to a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties may be applicable. These duties are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the authorities and competent bodies of your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.
All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros. Rasl’Bitume reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed and subject to availability.
The products remain the property of Rasl’Bitume until full payment of the price. Warning: as soon as you physically take possession of the ordered products, the risks of loss or damage are transferred to you.
Article 3 - Orders

Contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed no later than at the time of validating your order. Rasl’Bitume reserves the right not to record a payment and not to confirm an order for any reason, notably in case of supply problems or difficulties concerning the received order.
Article 3.1 – Parts to be provided by the customer
For certain specific products, notably suspension systems or parts requiring a standard exchange, prior sending of original parts (e.g., OEM shock absorbers) may be required by the manufacturer or supplier. This condition is mandatory for the completion of the order and delivery of the concerned items. The customer is informed that without receiving the requested parts, the order cannot be completed. No exemption can be applied to this technical requirement imposed by suppliers.
Article 4 - Validation of your order
Any order placed on the website implies acceptance of these General Conditions. The order confirmation constitutes acceptance of the operations performed. A summary of your order information and these General Conditions will be sent to you in PDF format via the order confirmation email address.
Article 5 - Payment
Validating your order implies the obligation to pay the indicated price. Payment is made by credit card through the secure Stripe system or via PayPal. The card is only debited at the time of order shipment.
Article 6 - Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons. Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions). Return costs are your responsibility.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, Rasl’Bitume will refund the amounts paid within 14 days following the notification of your request, via the same payment method used during the order.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Article 7 - Availability
Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the raslbitume.com website and within the limits of available stock. In case of product unavailability after placing your order, we will inform you by email. Your order will be automatically canceled and no bank debit will be made.
We have a processing time of 3 to 30 business days depending on the item to process the order.
Article 8 - Delivery
Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process. In case of delivery delay, you have the option to cancel the order according to the terms provided by law. In case of deliveries by a carrier, the company Rasl’Bitume cannot be held responsible for delays due to client unavailability after several appointment proposals.
Article 9 - Warranty
All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. In case of non-conformity of a product, it may be returned, exchanged, or refunded. All claims must be made by email within 30 days following delivery.
Article 10 - Liability
The products offered comply with current French legislation. The company Rasl’Bitume's liability cannot be engaged in case of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products.
The company Rasl’Bitume cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of purchased products, nor for inconveniences related to Internet use, such as service interruptions or the presence of computer viruses.
- Products such as suspensions, rims, and other automotive parts are parts not approved for use on public roads. The company Rasl’Bitume cannot be held responsible in case of non-compliance with current regulations and the use of these parts on open roads.
Article 11 - Applicable Law in Case of Disputes
The language of this contract is French. These terms of sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Products such as suspensions, rims, and other automotive parts are parts not approved for use on public roads. The company Rasl’Bitume cannot be held responsible in case of non-compliance with current regulations and the use of these parts on open roads.
Article 12 - Intellectual Property
All elements of the Rasl’Bitume site are the exclusive property of the company Rasl’Bitume. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use, even partially, elements of the site without written agreement from the company.
Article 13 - Personal Data
The company Rasl’Bitume reserves the right to collect personal information about you. This information is necessary for managing your order and improving services. In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify information concerning you.
Article 14 - Archiving Evidence
The company Rasl’Bitume will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium, constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of article 1348 of the Civil Code.
