Technical details

For models with a Ø 16 mm anti-roll bar, includes:

What this part changes

The original bushing is made of rubber: it filters well, but it deforms under load. When cornering or braking, the arm moves by a few millimetres and the geometry changes during the manoeuvre - this is the slop between the steering wheel and the wheels.

Polyurethane deforms much less: the connection becomes precise and repeatable, and the car responds in the same place every time. In return, more road noise and vibrations enter the cabin, especially when cold.

What to plan for

Install lubricated with PU or silicone grease - never use mineral grease, as it damages polyurethane.
Tighten to the specified torque with the wheels on the ground.
On a family car, start with the anti-roll bar before replacing everything with polyurethane.
