What's included

  • 59°North D-004 17×8.5" wheel (sold individually)
  • Bare wheel weight: 9.8 kg
  • Lip depth: 45 mm
  • Hub-centric rings suited to your vehicle
  • Hardware not included — reuse yours or add it to your cart

45 mm lip depth

The lip is the flat section that separates the wheel edge from the start of the spokes. It gives a wheel its deep-dish appearance, and it is the first aesthetic criterion for this type of design: the more pronounced it is, the deeper the wheel looks once installed.

59°North publishes this measurement, making it possible to compare two references beyond simply judging them by eye. At the same size, a deeper lip generally means a lower offset: check clearance under the fender.

Why 59°North

Designed for drifting

A lineup designed for drifting: widths from 8.5 to 11 inches, plus dual drilling on 91 of 99 references — one wheel covers two bolt patterns.

Published lip depth

Lip depth is listed for part of the lineup — the measurement that determines the deep-dish effect once the wheel is installed.

Advice before purchase

Bolt pattern, offset, center bore, fender clearance: we confirm fitment with you before you place your order.

Installation, hardware and rings

Hub-centric rings are supplied with the wheel. Hardware, however, is not included: you can reuse the original hardware if suitable, or add a pack of lug nuts or wheel bolts to your cart. Tell us your vehicle when ordering and we'll check everything with you.

This wheel uses 60° conical-seat hardware, standard on almost all alloy wheels. Need individual hardware or specific parts? See our lug nut packs and wheel bolt packs, or ask us for advice.
