Air Lift 24544 – Compressor Pressure Switch 85–105 PSI

The Air Lift 24544 is a pressure switch for compressors: it turns on the compressor when pressure drops below ~84–85 PSI and turns it off at 105 PSI. Threading is 1/8" MNPT, ideal for air ride management / automatic compressor control installation.

Mounting Tips

Installation (recommended by a professional)

1. Cut the power and depressurize the circuit if necessary.
2. Screw the pressure switch onto a 1/8" NPT port (tank / manifold / designated line).
3. Use Teflon tape or a sealant paste suitable for NPT threads (without excess).
4. Connect the wiring according to your diagram (often via relay to protect the circuit).
5. Re-pressurize and check: the compressor should start around ~85 PSI and shut off at 105 PSI.

Note

The Air Lift 24544 is a mechanical pressure switch (compressor ON/OFF). It is not an analog sensor (0–5V) to display pressure on a digital controller.
