⚙️ What is the 21703 Paddle Switch?

The Air Lift Paddle Switch, part no. 21703 is a manual pneumatic valve that lets you inflate and deflate your air springs directly, without electronics. Simple mechanical operation: up to inflate, down to deflate. No electrical connection required.

This is the official replacement part for Air Lift manual gauges 26229 (dual needle) and 26161 (single needle), and can be used alone in any air ride installation requiring basic manual control. 1/4" barb fittings included.

Does this switch require electrical wiring?

No. The paddle switch 21703 It is purely mechanical — it operates solely through air pressure. No electrical connection, relay, or wiring harness is required. It connects directly to the air line via the included 1/4" barb fittings.

How many switches are needed to control all 4 wheels?

For front/rear control (2 zones): 2 switches are sufficient. For independent four-corner control: 4 are required. It is also possible to control 2 air springs with a single switch using a T-fitting (front left + front right, for example).

Is this product compatible with any 1/4" air line?

Yes. The supplied 1/4" barb fittings fit standard 1/4" flexible air line used in the vast majority of air ride installations. Compatible with Air Lift air lines and equivalent products on the market.

What is this type of control recommended for?

The paddle switch is ideal for simple installations that do not require electronic management — occasional height adjustment, a basic lift system, or as a backup control. For daily use with presets and a mobile app, choose Air Lift 3P or 3H electronic management instead.
