⚙️ What is the Air Lift 3P 27785 Management System?

The Air Lift Performance 3P management system, part no. 27785, is a pressure-based air management system with 5 customizable pressure presets and individual control for each wheel. The wired control unit displays the pressure of all 4 airbags as well as tank pressure in a perfectly legible format. It uses a backlit display and features a rotary control keypad that also allows horizontal mounting.

Through the Air Lift mobile app (iOS / Android), you can put the vehicle in "Show Mode" and control the entire chassis remotely via Bluetooth — even when the vehicle is switched off. No additional hardware is required; this function is integrated into every 3P system. Control unit updates can also be performed directly through the app.

G1/4" connection — the compatibility standard for maximum compatibility with lines and fittings on the market. Ideal for the vast majority of air ride installations. The connection size can be adapted to suit your installation using the fittings available as options when ordering.

🔔 §19.3 Kit

This kit contains the legally required warning buzzer. It emits an audible signal as soon as the pressure in the air springs falls below the prescribed operating pressure. Mandatory under air suspension certifications in several European countries.

⚡ Cruise-Safe 3 EVO

1) Integrated §19.3 Kit
In accordance with certifications for air suspensions, a low/high-pressure alarm is required. This function is integrated into Cruise-Safe and monitors each wheel individually.

2) Cruise-Safe function
The vehicle can only be lowered to a predefined minimum pressure. Independently adjustable for the front and rear — eliminates the risk of damage from excessive lowering.

3) "Don't Play and Drive"
Prevents suspension adjustment while driving while keeping the pressure display active. 2 options available:

12V handbrake or alternator signal input
Speed signal input (best solution for modern vehicles)

What is the difference between ref. 27785 (1/4") and the 3/8" version?

The G1/4" offers a standard connection diameter, ideal for the vast majority of air ride installations. Smooth raising and lowering, with maximum compatibility with hoses and fittings on the market. The 3/8" version (ref. 27485) offers higher flow for faster raising/lowering — suitable for high-performance installations or heavy vehicles.

Can I choose my fitting diameter when ordering?

Yes. The fittings can be selected when ordering according to your existing setup. If you already have lines installed, choose the corresponding diameter for seamless integration without modifications.

What is the difference between 3P and 3H?

The two systems are fundamentally identical, but differ in one key respect: the 3H integrates height sensors, allowing precise self-leveling regardless of the load. The 3P is pressure-based — highly precise and versatile, but without direct measurement of the physical height. The 3P kit can be upgraded to 3H at any time with a height sensor kit.

How many presets can I program?

The Air Lift 3P system lets you save up to 5 custom pressure presets, recallable with one touch. Each preset corresponds to a specific state of your 4 air bags — driving height, show stance, lift height, and more.

Does the mobile app require an additional accessory?

No. The Bluetooth module is built into every Air Lift 3P system. The app (iOS & Android) is free and lets you control your suspension remotely, access advanced settings, and perform OTA firmware updates.

What is Show Mode?
