⚙️ What is the Air Lift 3P 27785 Management?

The Air Lift Performance 3P ref. 27785 management system is a pressure-based pneumatic management system with 5 customizable pressure levels and individual wheel control. The wired control box displays the pressures of the 4 airbags as well as the tank pressure in a perfectly readable format. It uses a backlit screen and features a rotating control pad allowing horizontal mounting as well.

Via the Air Lift mobile app (iOS / Android), it is possible to put the vehicle in "Show Mode" and control the entire chassis remotely via Bluetooth — even with the vehicle off. No additional hardware is needed; this feature is integrated into every 3P system. Control box updates can also be done directly through the app.

Connection G1/4" — standard for maximum compatibility with market hoses and fittings. Ideal for the vast majority of air ride installations. The connection diameter can be adapted to your setup thanks to optional fittings available when ordering.

🔔 §19.3 Kit

This kit contains the regulatory warning buzzer. It emits a sound signal as soon as the pressure in the airbags falls below the prescribed operating pressure. Mandatory according to air suspension certifications in several European countries.

⚡ Cruise-Safe 3 EVO

1) Integrated §19.3 Kit
In accordance with air suspension certifications, a low/high pressure alarm is required. This function is integrated into Cruise-Safe and monitors each wheel individually.

2) Cruise-Safe Function
The vehicle can only lower to a predefined minimum pressure. Independently adjustable for front and rear — eliminates the risk of damage from excessive lowering.

3) "Don't Play and Drive"
Prevents suspension adjustment while driving while keeping the pressure display active. 2 options available:

12V handbrake or alternator signal input
Speed signal input (best solution for modern vehicles)

Three levels of protection against adjustment abuse:

Stance Guard Lockout — No height or pressure adjustment while driving
Stance Guard Limit — On-screen alert as soon as the configured minimum height is reached

What is the difference between ref 27785 (1/4") and the 3/8" version?

The G1/4" offers a standard connection diameter, ideal for the vast majority of air ride installations. Smooth raising and lowering, maximum compatibility with market hoses and fittings. The 3/8" version (ref. 27485) offers a higher flow rate for faster raising/lowering — suitable for high-performance setups or heavy vehicles.

Can I choose my fitting diameter when ordering?

Yes. The fittings are selectable when ordering according to your existing setup. If you already have lines in place, choose the corresponding diameter for integration without modification.

What is the difference between the 3P and the 3H?

The two systems are fundamentally identical but differ on one key point: the 3H includes height sensors, allowing precise auto-leveling regardless of load. The 3P operates based on pressure — very precise and versatile, but without direct physical height measurement. The 3P kit can be upgraded to 3H at any time with a height sensor kit.

How many presets can I program?

The Air Lift 3P system allows you to save up to 5 custom pressure sets, recallable with one touch. Each preset corresponds to a specific state of your 4 airbags — driving height, show stance, lift height, etc.

Does the mobile app require an additional accessory?

No. The Bluetooth module is natively integrated into every Air Lift 3P system. The app (iOS & Android) is free and allows you to control your suspension remotely, access advanced settings, and perform OTA firmware updates.

What is Show Mode?

The Show Mode allows you to fully control your suspension via smartphone over Bluetooth — even when the ignition is off. Ideal for shows, gatherings, and exhibitions: you can raise, lower, or switch between presets without entering the vehicle.
