How can I check the status of my order?

After an order is placed, it is sent as quickly as possible to one of our fulfillment centers, where your item will be mailed.
You can contact us within the first 48 hours for a full refund without any special reasons.

What are the shipping times?

Delivery time to Europe: 2 to 5 weeks depending on the item
Delivery time to North America (Canada and United States): 3 to 5 weeks
Delivery time to Africa, South America and Asia: 3 to 5 weeks.
