The VIAIR 480C Stealth Black Duo Pack is the most comprehensive dual-compressor kit in the VIAIR range. Each unit delivers 1.86 CFM through a 3/8" stainless-steel fitting — the largest diameter among VIAIR's 100% duty cycle compressors, minimizing pressure losses. With 3.72 CFM combined and a 100% duty cycle at 100 PSI, this pack is the optimal solution for 4-way air suspensions, large tanks, and the most ambitious air systems. Please note: this pack includes the 40A relays and the 165/200 PSI pressure switch, which are sold separately with the 444C packs.

  One dedicated 40A fuse per compressor is mandatory — a higher or lower amperage is not permitted. The 40A relays included in the kit must be used.

  Install each compressor only in an area protected from water and heat — splashes, condensation, and engine heat must be avoided at all costs.

  No lubricating oil required — dry-rotor compressors with no periodic maintenance.
• 🔋
  Two compressors in parallel place a greater demand on the electrical system: a battery in perfect condition and fully charged is essential. Excessively low voltage can damage the coil during startup. A high-capacity alternator is strongly recommended.

  Ensure secure mounting and good ground-cable conductivity for each compressor, connected directly to the vehicle body.

  Ensure sufficient fresh-air supply for both units — do not confine the compressors in a completely enclosed space.
