The VIAIR 485C Gen 2 Stealth Black Duo Pack combines the two highest-performing compressors in the VIAIR range in a corrosion-resistant matte black finish. Each unit delivers 2.24 CFM through a 3/8" stainless steel fitting at 100% duty cycle at 200 PSI. In parallel configuration: 4.48 CFM combined with absolute reliability and one hour of continuous operation at full pressure. Complete pack with 40A relays, 165/200 PSI pressure switch, and fuse holder.

🔧 Installation Recommendations — Dual Compressor
  • ⚡
    One dedicated 40A fuse per compressor is mandatory — the 40A relays included in the pack must be used. Never share a single fuse.
  • 💧
    Install each compressor only in an area protected from water and heat.
  • 🛢️
    No lubricating oil required — dry rotor, no periodic maintenance.
  • 🔋
    Two compressors in parallel place a greater load on the electrical system: a battery in perfect condition and fully charged is essential. A high-capacity alternator is strongly recommended.
  • 🔩
    Ensure secure mounting and good ground-cable conductivity for each unit.
  • 🌬️
    Ensure sufficient fresh-air supply for both units.
⚠️
The two 40A fuses are required but not included (relays and pressure switch included). Thread sealant required — Teflon tape not recommended. 3/8" tightening torque: 22~24 Nm. Professional installation recommended.
