Step-by-step installation

Position the sensors

Secure each sensor to the chassis or body at each wheel, at a stable point not subject to engine vibrations. The sensor's axis of rotation must be aligned with the movement of the suspension.

Connect the coupling rods

Connect each linkage rod between the sensor's rotary arm and a suspension point (control arm, axle, or steering knuckle). The rod must operate without excessive tension at full compression and maximum extension.

Connect the connectors

Connect each sensor to the corresponding port on your AccuAir or Level-Ride controller. The connectors are plug & play—no soldering or modification of the original wiring harness is required.

Calibrate the heights

Start the calibration procedure from your management controller interface. Set your minimum and maximum heights and your driving presets. The controller takes over automatically.

Frequently asked questions

My AccuAir system is already working—can I replace only one faulty sensor?

Yes. The kit includes 4 identical sensors, but there's nothing stopping you from using only one or two for a partial replacement. The sensors are sold as a complete kit for convenience, but installation can be done one wheel at a time.

Is this kit compatible with all vehicles?

The sensors are universal in terms of their electronic operation—they are compatible with all vehicles as long as an AccuAir or Level-Ride management system is used. Mechanical integration (mounting to the chassis) may require minor adaptations depending on your suspension geometry.

Do I need to recalibrate my system after replacing the sensors?

Yes, recalibration is strongly recommended after every sensor replacement or addition. The procedure is performed directly from your AccuAir or Level-Ride controller interface and generally takes less than 10 minutes.

Can I use this kit with an Air Lift Performance system?

No. Air Lift Performance systems (3P, 3H, Slam Series) use their own sensors with proprietary connectors and interfaces, which are incompatible with this kit. Contact us to find the right reference for your setup.

Is this kit difficult to install?

Installation is accessible to any DIY enthusiast. The electronic part is plug & play, but the mechanical part requires a minimum level of know-how to position and adjust the linkage rods correctly. We recommend having it installed in a workshop on a lift for greater convenience.
