Construction: flow formed (HLT)

Flow forming stretches the wheel while it rotates at high temperature. The material is densified around the tire bead seat: greater rigidity and lower weight, without the cost of a forged wheel.

This process explains most of the price difference within the OZ catalog for comparable designs and dimensions.
