This model has TÜV approval: the German organization has approved the wheel for the vehicle applications covered by the report. It is the strictest certification on the European market and sets OZ apart from many aftermarket brands. The TÜV report lists the applicable vehicles and, where applicable, the installation conditions. Ask us for the report corresponding to your vehicle if needed.

Construction: flow-formed (HLT)

Flow forming stretches the wheel at high temperature as it rotates. The material becomes denser around the tire bead seat: increased stiffness and reduced weight, without the cost of a forged wheel.

This process explains most of the price difference within the OZ catalog when design and dimensions are comparable.

Installation and hardware

This wheel uses 60° conical hardware, standard on almost all aftermarket alloy wheels. Depending on your vehicle, the original hardware may be too short or have a different profile (ball-seat or flat-seat): check this before installation.
