TÜV certified

This model has TÜV approval: the German testing organization has approved the wheel for the vehicle applications covered by the report. It is the most demanding certification on the European market and sets OZ apart from many aftermarket brands. The TÜV report lists the applicable vehicles and, where relevant, the mounting conditions. Ask us for the report corresponding to your vehicle if needed.

Construction: flow-formed (HLT)

Flow forming stretches the wheel while it rotates at high temperature. The material becomes denser around the tire bead seat: increased rigidity and reduced weight, without the cost of a forged wheel.

This process accounts for most of the price difference within the OZ range when the design and dimensions are comparable.

Installation and hardware

This wheel uses 60° conical hardware, standard on almost all alloy wheels on the market. Depending on your vehicle, the original hardware may be too short or have a different profile (ball-seat, flat-seat): check before installation.
