The OZ Ultraleggera HLT

The Ultraleggera enhanced with HLT (High Light Technology): the wheel is flow-formed, which densifies the material around the tyre bead seat. With the same design, it gains rigidity and significantly reduces unsprung mass compared with the cast version.

Construction: flow-formed (HLT)

Flow forming stretches the wheel while it rotates at high temperature. The material becomes denser around the tyre bead seat: increased rigidity, reduced weight, without the cost of a forged wheel.

This process accounts for most of the price difference within the OZ catalogue when comparing similar designs and dimensions.

This wheel uses 60° conical wheel hardware, standard on almost all alloy wheels on the market. Depending on your vehicle, the original hardware may be too short or have a different profile (bulge or flat): check this before fitting.
