The VIAIR 480C Stealth Black Duo Pack is the most complete dual compressor kit in the VIAIR range. Each unit delivers 1.86 CFM via a 3/8" stainless fitting — the largest diameter among VIAIR 100% duty cycle compressors, minimizing pressure loss. With 3.72 CFM combined and a 100% duty cycle at 100 PSI, this pack is the optimal solution for 4-way suspensions, large tanks, and the most ambitious pneumatic systems. Note: this pack includes the 40A relays and 165/200 PSI pressure switch, items sold separately in the 444C packs.

  A dedicated 40A fuse per compressor is mandatory — higher or lower amperage is not allowed. Use the included 40A relays in the kit.

  Install each compressor only in an area protected from water and heat — avoid splashes, condensation, and engine heat at all costs.

  No lubrication oil needed — dry rotor compressors, no periodic maintenance.

  Two compressors in parallel put more strain on the electrical system: a fully charged, perfectly healthy battery is essential. Low voltage can damage the coil at startup. A high-capacity alternator is strongly recommended.

  Make sure each compressor has a secure mounting and good ground cable conductivity, connected directly to the chassis.

  Ensure sufficient fresh air supply for both units — do not enclose compressors in a completely sealed space.
