The VIAIR 485C Gen 2 Stealth Black Duo Pack combines the two most powerful compressors in the VIAIR range in a matte black anti-corrosion finish. Each unit delivers 2.24 CFM at 3/8" stainless fittings with a 100% duty cycle at 200 PSI. In parallel configuration: 4.48 CFM combined with absolute reliability, one hour of continuous full-pressure operation. Complete pack with 40A relays, 165/200 PSI pressure switch, and fuse holder.

🔧 Installation Recommendations — Dual Compressor
  • ⚡
    A dedicated 40A fuse per compressor is mandatory — the 40A relays included in the pack must be used. Never share a single fuse.
  • 💧
    Install each compressor only in an area protected from water and heat.
  • 🛢️
    No lubrication oil needed — dry rotor, no periodic maintenance.
  • 🔋
    Two compressors in parallel put more strain on the electrical system: battery must be in perfect condition and fully charged. High-capacity alternator strongly recommended.
  • 🔩
    Ensure secure mounting and good grounding cable conductivity for each unit.
  • 🌬️
    Ensure sufficient fresh air supply for both units.
⚠️
The 2 x 40A fuses are required but not included (relay and pressure switch included). Thread sealant mandatory — Teflon tape not recommended. 3/8" torque: 22~24 Nm. Professional installation recommended.
