Compact Air Lift water separator with 1/4" FNPT connection — removes condensation from your air ride system.

Description

The Air Lift 21011 water separator is a high-quality moisture filter designed for air suspension systems. It captures water droplets suspended in compressed air before they damage sensitive circuit components. This model with 1/4" FNPT connection (female NPT thread) is available in standard (200 l/min) and extended (450 l/min) versions. Manufactured by Air Lift Company, a leading name in air suspension since 1949.

Compatible with all Air Lift Performance, 3P, and 3H kits. Suitable for any air ride system using 1/4" FNPT fittings. Standard version: flow rate 200 l/min, capacity 8 cm³, height 88 mm, diameter 40 mm. Extended version: flow rate 450 l/min, capacity 25 cm³, height 114 mm, diameter 53 mm.

Installation

Locate the line between the compressor and the air tank.
Cut the line and insert the separator (flow direction mandatory).
Screw the 1/4" FNPT fittings by hand, then tighten to torque (do not overtighten).
Pressurize gradually and check for leaks.
The transparent bowl allows you to see the level of accumulated condensate.
Drain the condensate by slightly unscrewing the drain screw at the bottom of the bowl.
