High-performance water separator specially designed for STREETEC autoleveling systems — manual purge, robust construction.

Description

The STREETEC water separator (ref. 9909 2 0363) is an essential component for autoleveling air suspension systems. It captures and retains moisture before it reaches the valves, compressor, or bellows. Water accumulation in a pneumatic circuit is the main cause of internal corrosion, winter icing, and failure of electro-pneumatic components. This model features a manual purge to evacuate accumulated condensate.

Compatibility

Specifically designed for STREETEC autoleveling kits. Also compatible with Air Lift Performance, Airlevel, and other standard air ride systems. Available with different fittings depending on your circuit diameter.

Installation

Identify the main pneumatic line (between tank and management recommended).
Cut the line and insert the separator in the correct direction (flow direction indicated).
Connect the fitting corresponding to your hose diameter.
Ensure the purge screw is fully closed before pressurizing.
Test the seal at low pressure (3-4 bar) before full operation.
Manually purge every 2-3 months or after intensive use in wet conditions.
