Technical details

Replaces the original rubber bushing in the upper part of the anti-roll bar link
For models with a 20 mm anti-roll bar diameter

What this part changes

The original bushing is made of rubber: it filters well, but deforms under load. When cornering or braking, the arm moves by a few millimetres and the geometry changes during the manoeuvre — this is the vagueness between the steering wheel and the wheels.

Polyurethane deforms much less: the connection becomes precise and repeatable, and the car responds at the same point every time. In return, more road noise and vibrations enter the cabin, especially when cold.

What to plan for

Install lubricated with PU or silicone grease — never use mineral grease, as it attacks polyurethane.
Tighten to the specified torque with the wheels on the ground.
On a family car, start with the anti-roll bar before converting everything to PU.
