Construction: hybrid forged

Concaver uses Flow Forming, also known as flow forming: the wheel is stretched while hot as it rotates, increasing material density in the tire bead area. The result sits between a conventional cast wheel and a fully forged wheel — significantly stiffer and lighter than the former, without reaching the cost of the latter.

This process allows Concaver to offer deeply concave designs in large diameters at an accessible price.
