Fuel is an American brand. Its wheels meet the standards in force in the United States and do not have TÜV approval or European certification. In France, the roadworthiness test checks the condition, installation, and protrusion of the wheels, not the wheel's original certification — but if you need a certification document for your insurer or for an individual vehicle approval, these wheels cannot provide one.
