The Fuel Tech Beadlock

Technical design with multiple slender spokes. This beadlock version clamps the tire bead between the wheel and a bolted ring, allowing very low pressures without the tire coming off the rim — off-road equipment intended for appropriate use.

Permitted load — the point to check

453 kg per wheel

On a pickup or 4x4, this is the deciding factor. This value must cover the actual load supported by one wheel with the vehicle loaded, including any trailer and tow hitch. It appears on your vehicle registration document under axle weight, which should be divided by two. Unsure? Send us your registration document and we'll check it before you order.

Certification: what you need to know

Fuel is an American brand. Its wheels comply with standards in force in the United States and do not have TÜV approval or European certification. In France, the roadworthiness test checks the condition, fitment, and protrusion of the wheels, not the wheel's original certification — but if you need an approval document for your insurer or for individual vehicle approval, these wheels cannot provide one.

We prefer to make this clear before purchase. Talk to us about your project if this is an issue for you: other brands in our catalog are TÜV-approved.

Load capacities from 1,000 to 1,700 kg per wheel depending on the model, whereas a passenger-car wheel often tops out at around 700 kg.

American bolt patterns

5x127, 6x139.7, 8x165.1: bolt patterns for American pickups and 4x4s, rarely covered by European brands.

Load capacity, negative offset, track-width increase, tires: we'll confirm compatibility with you before you order.

Installation and hardware

This wheel uses 60° conical hardware, standard on almost all alloy wheels on the market. On American vehicles, the thread is often measured in inches (½"-20, 9/16"-18) rather than metric: check yours before ordering your hardware.
