BC Racing BR Series Coilovers for the Toyota Prius Plug-In 1st Gen are the best-selling entry point into fully adjustable coilover suspension. BC Racing is known to deliver real handling performance without sacrificing ride comfort or daily drivability. This setup is developed and tested specifically for the Toyota Prius Plug-In 1st Gen, built around a mono-tube damper with 30-way damping adjustment and ride height adjustable independent of spring preload.

BR Series coilovers on the Toyota Prius Plug-In 1st Gen aren't locked into a coil spring setup for life. Because they feature fully-threaded shock bodies, these coilovers convert to a full air suspension setup by simply removing the coil springs and threading on a set of coilover conversion bags in their place. Want to start out with coils and move to air suspension in the future? This makes the BR Series a practical starting point for owners who want coilover-level adjustability now but may want to move to air suspension down the road, or who want to keep that option open without committing to a full air ride kit up front.
