The e-Level+ Height kit is the ultimate upgrade for your AccuAir air ride management system. While manual mode leaves you to manage everything by eye and Pressure+ relies on pressure values, this kit uses physical height sensors — the TruPosition sensors — to measure your suspension’s exact position at each wheel in real time. Exclusive to AccuAir, TruPosition technology is what sets Height+ apart from every other system on the market. Step-by-step installation

Position the sensors on the chassis

Mount each TruPosition sensor to a stable point on the chassis or body near each wheel. The sensor's rotation axis must be aligned with the suspension's vertical movement. Choose a mounting point not exposed to excessive engine vibration.

Connect the linkages to the suspension

Connect each linkage between the sensor's rotating arm and a moving suspension point (suspension arm, steering knuckle, or axle). The linkage must move freely without tension in both the raised and lowered positions.

Connect the harness to the e+ ECU

Connect the kit's harness directly to the dedicated ports on your AccuAir e+ ECU. 100% plug & play connection — no soldering or modification of the original wiring.

Calibrate from the e-Level+ app

Start the Height+ calibration procedure from the e-Level+ app on your smartphone. The system learns your suspension's limits (minimum / maximum height) and stores your 3 presets. Estimated time: 15 to 30 minutes depending on access beneath the vehicle.

Installation advice: Install it on a vehicle lift or jack stands for comfortable access to all 4 wheels. Before permanently securing the sensors, move the suspension from full bump to full droop to check that the linkages are not under excessive tension at either extreme.

What’s the difference between this kit and Pressure+ (AA-3907)?

Height+ measures your suspension’s physical position using mechanical sensors mounted on each wheel — it’s the most precise method. Pressure+ uses inline pressure sensors in your air plumbing — easier to install, but less precise and without automatic load compensation. If you want perfectly repeatable ride height regardless of load conditions, Height+ (AA-3641) is the clear choice.

Does this kit work on all vehicles?

TruPosition sensors are universal electronically — compatible with all vehicles equipped with an AccuAir e+ ECU. Mechanical mounting to the chassis may require minor adaptations depending on your suspension geometry. For highly specific setups (custom axles, unusual geometry), don’t hesitate to contact us before ordering.

Can I add this kit to my existing AccuAir system?

Yes — that’s exactly what this kit is designed for. It’s made to upgrade an existing e+ Connect system to Height+ control. As long as you have the e+ ECU, this kit connects plug & play, and calibration is carried out through the e-Level+ app.

Is it difficult to install myself?

The wiring is plug & play, so there’s no issue there. The mechanical part requires a little precision: position the sensors correctly, adjust the links so they operate without strain, and calibrate everything properly. With a lift or jack stands, a careful DIYer can complete it in 2–3 hours. Calibration through the app is intuitive and guided.

Does automatic load compensation really work?

Yes — it’s one of TruPosition’s strongest technical advantages. Whether you’re alone or carrying four passengers with a full trunk, the system maintains the programmed height by adding or removing the necessary air. That’s what sets it apart from Pressure+, which only detects pressure and not the suspension’s actual position.
