🎛 What is the D2 Basic Kit?
The D2 Basic Kit is the entry-level option in the D2 Racing air ride range — and an entry-level kit that has nothing to envy from the competition. While other brands make do with non-adjustable original dampers, D2 includes competition-style coilovers with 36-position damping adjustment as standard, regardless of the range chosen.
Height control is handled via a manual pressure switch — simple, direct, and reliable. No unnecessary electronics, no remote: just the instinctive movement to raise or lower the vehicle. The adjustable bump stops on each wheel limit the minimum and maximum height to protect the components.
The supplied compressor is particularly quiet, mounted on rubber isolators to absorb vibrations. Extremely powerful, it can fill the 20-liter tank to 13 bar in just 3 minutes. It can also be used to inflate tires or power pneumatic tools. This complete kit is entirely plug & play, supplied with absolutely all the components required for installation.

Manual paddle valve — raises the vehicle when pushed up and lowers it when pushed down. Simple, direct, 100% mechanical. No possible electronic failure or complex wiring in the cabin.
36-Position Damping Adjustment
Ultra-precise damping adjustment with 36 clicks, independent of air cushion height and pressure. The same level of adjustability as higher-end ranges, right from the entry-level model.
Ultra-Quiet Compressor
Compressor mounted on anti-vibration rubber mounts, among the quietest on the market. Fills the 20-liter tank to 13 bar in just 3 minutes. Can also be used to inflate tires or power pneumatic tools.
Adjustable Min./Max. Stops
Individually adjustable end stops on each wheel to limit the minimum and maximum height. Effective protection for components against adjustment misuse.
Plug & Play — Everything Included
100% complete kit. All components required for installation are supplied. No vehicle modifications required. Installation takes approximately 3 hours.
Upgradeable & Convertible
The air cushions can be replaced with springs at any time to convert back to a classic coilover kit. Upgradeable to the Deluxe, Super Pro, or Gold ranges.
