TÜV certified

This model has TÜV approval: the German organization has validated the wheel for the vehicle applications covered by the report. It is the most demanding certification on the European market and sets OZ apart from a large proportion of aftermarket brands. The TÜV report lists the relevant vehicles and, where applicable, the fitting conditions. Ask us for the report corresponding to your vehicle if needed.

Construction: flow-formed (HLT)

Flow forming stretches the wheel while it rotates at high temperature. The material becomes denser around the tire bead seat: increased rigidity, reduced weight, without the cost of a forged wheel.

This process accounts for most of the price difference within the OZ catalog when the design and dimensions are comparable.

Fitting and hardware

This wheel uses 60° conical-seat wheel hardware, standard on almost all alloy wheels on the market. Depending on your vehicle, the original hardware may be too short or have a different profile (ball-seat, flat-seat): check this before fitting.
