This model has TÜV approval: the German organisation has approved the wheel for the vehicle applications covered by the report. It is the most demanding certification on the European market, setting OZ apart from many aftermarket brands. The TÜV report lists the relevant vehicles and, where applicable, the fitting conditions. Construction: flow-formed (HLT)

Flow forming stretches the wheel while it rotates at high temperature. The material becomes denser around the tyre bead seat: increased stiffness and reduced weight, without the cost of a forged wheel.

This process explains most of the price difference within the OZ catalogue when the design and dimensions are comparable.

Fitting and fasteners

This wheel uses 60° conical fasteners, standard on almost all alloy wheels on the market. Depending on your vehicle, the original fasteners may be too short or have a different profile (bulge or flat): check this before fitting.
