This model has TÜV approval: the German organisation has approved the wheel for the vehicle applications covered by the report. It is the most demanding certification on the European market, and it sets OZ apart from many aftermarket brands. The TÜV report lists the vehicles concerned and, where applicable, the fitting conditions. Ask us for the report corresponding to your vehicle if you need it.

Construction: flow formed (HLT)

Flow forming stretches the wheel while hot as it rotates. The material becomes denser around the tyre bead seat: increased rigidity, reduced weight, without the cost of a forged wheel.

This process explains most of the price difference within the OZ catalogue when the design and dimensions are comparable.

Fitting and hardware

This wheel uses 60° tapered hardware, standard on almost all alloy wheels on the market. Depending on your vehicle, the original hardware may be too short or have a different profile (bulged, flat): check this before fitting.
