This model has TÜV approval: the German organization has approved the wheel for the vehicle applications covered by the report. It is the most demanding certification on the European market, distinguishing OZ from many aftermarket brands. Construction: flow-formed (HLT)

Flow forming stretches the wheel while it rotates under heat. The material is densified around the tire bead seat: increased stiffness and reduced weight, without the cost of a forged wheel.

This process explains most of the price difference within the OZ catalog when the design and dimensions are comparable.

Fitting and hardware

This wheel uses 60° conical wheel hardware, standard on almost all alloy wheels on the market. Depending on your vehicle, the original hardware may be too short or have a different profile (ball-seat, flat-seat): check this before fitting.
