TÜV-Certified

This model is TÜV-approved: the German organization has approved the wheel for the vehicle applications covered by the report. This is the most demanding certification on the European market, setting OZ apart from many aftermarket brands. The TÜV report lists the applicable vehicles and, where relevant, the fitting conditions. Ask us for the report for your vehicle if you need it.

Construction: flow-formed (HLT)

Flow forming stretches the wheel barrel while it rotates under heat. The material becomes denser around the tire bead seat: increased stiffness, reduced weight, without the cost of a forged wheel.

This process accounts for most of the price difference within the OZ range, for comparable designs and dimensions.

Installation and hardware

This wheel requires 60° conical-seat hardware, standard on almost all alloy wheels on the market. Depending on your vehicle, the original hardware may be too short or have a different seat profile (spherical, flat): check before installation.
