This model has TÜV approval: the German organization has validated the wheel for the vehicle applications covered by the report. It is the most demanding certification on the European market, distinguishing OZ from a large proportion of aftermarket brands. Construction: flow-formed (HLT)

Flow forming stretches the wheel while it rotates at high temperature. The material becomes denser around the tire bead seat: increased rigidity and reduced weight, without the cost of a forged wheel.

This process explains most of the price difference within the OZ catalog for comparable designs and dimensions.

Installation and hardware

This wheel is installed with 60° conical wheel hardware, standard on almost all alloy wheels on the market. Depending on your vehicle, the original hardware may be too short or have a different profile (bulge or flat): check this before installation.
