This model has TÜV approval: the German organization has validated the wheel for the vehicle applications covered by the report. It is the most demanding certification on the European market and sets OZ apart from a large proportion of aftermarket brands. The TÜV report lists the relevant vehicles and, where applicable, the fitting requirements. Ask us for the report corresponding to your vehicle if needed.

Construction: flow-formed (HLT)

Flow forming stretches the wheel at high temperature as it rotates. The material is densified around the tire bead seat, increasing rigidity and reducing weight without the cost of a forged wheel.

This process explains most of the price difference within the OZ catalog when the design and dimensions are comparable.

Fitting and hardware

This wheel is fitted with 60° conical hardware, standard on almost all alloy wheels on the market. Depending on your vehicle, the original hardware may be too short or have a different profile (bulge or flat): check this before fitting.
