Sport brake disc set for the front axle for Ssangyong Korando / Korando Convertible / Musso

Features

Part numberEVOBS2446P
Weight11.8 kg
Years1993 - 2005
EAN code4251016732546

Technical details

  • OEM part numbers: 414 410 51 10, 414 410 62 10, 414 410 62 11

What this part changes

A sport disc should be judged by its ability to disperse heat, not by its appearance. Grooves and drilled holes remove the gases and dust that build up between the disc and pad: braking bite remains sharp stop after stop, whereas a solid disc starts to feel spongy.

On a road car, the improvement is most noticeable on a mountain descent or track day - exactly where tired brakes become frightening.

What to plan for

  • Discs and pads must be replaced per axle, never on just one side.
  • Bedding-in: perform around ten progressive braking operations without coming to a complete stop before pushing harder; otherwise the pad may deposit unevenly and warp the disc.
  • Check whether the ABS ring is supplied or can be transferred when the disc carries one.
✔ ECE approval
