Bare wheel weight: 10.3 kg

Weight: 10.3 kg

Ström states the weight of each bare wheel, something few manufacturers publish. This is useful information: the wheel is part of the vehicle's unsprung mass, which the dampers must control over every road imperfection. A lighter wheel is easier to control and also reduces inertia during acceleration and braking.

For reference, an 18-inch alloy wheel commonly weighs between 10 and 13 kg, depending on its width and design. The tire's weight is added to this figure.

Why Ström

Everything included

Hardware, hub-centric rings, and center caps are delivered with the wheels. Nothing else to order before you can drive.

Published weight

Ström publishes the actual weight of every wheel — rare transparency that lets you compare more than just the design.

Advice before purchase

Bolt pattern, offset, fender clearance: we confirm fitment with you before you place your order.
