Special installation required — Professional welding required

This kit is only compatible with models whose strut tube housing measures 52 mm in diameter at the lower section. Check this measurement on your vehicle before ordering. The original dampers must then be modified by a professional before installation: an adapter sleeve (weld-on sleeve) supplied with the kit must be welded onto the original strut tubes. An illustrated welding guide is included. No return to the factory is required — the work is carried out by your body shop or automotive specialist. Allow additional time for preparation before installation. This kit is supplied without a road-approval certificate (no TÜV).

Strut tube diameter: this kit is only suitable for vehicles whose front strut tube housing measures 52 mm in diameter at the lower section. The original top mounts are retained at the front and rear. A minimum clearance of 5 mm between the tyre and the strut tube is required: with original wheels, wheel spacers may be necessary.
