Construction: hybrid forged

Concaver uses Flow Forming, also known as rotary forging: the wheel is stretched while hot as it rotates, which densifies the material around the tire bead seat. The result lies between a conventional cast wheel and a fully forged wheel — significantly stiffer and lighter than the former, without reaching the latter's cost.

This process enables Concaver to offer deeply concave designs in large diameters at a reasonable price.
