Load rating — what to check

On a pickup or 4x4, this is the deciding factor. This rating must cover the actual load carried by one wheel when the vehicle is fully loaded, including any trailer and hitch. It is shown on your vehicle registration document (axle weight, divided by two). Unsure? Send us your registration document and we'll check it before you order.

Approval: what you need to know

Fuel is an American brand. Its wheels meet the standards in force in the United States and do not have TÜV approval or European certification. In France, the roadworthiness test checks the condition, installation and wheel protrusion, not the wheel's original certification — but if you need an approval document for your insurer or for an individual vehicle approval, these wheels cannot provide one.

We prefer to make this clear before purchase. Let's discuss your project if this is a deal-breaker for you: other brands in our catalog are TÜV-approved.

Installation and hardware

This wheel uses 60° conical-seat hardware, standard on almost all aftermarket alloy wheels. On American vehicles, the thread is often imperial (½"-20, 9/16"-18) rather than metric: check yours before ordering your hardware.
